The rains have become sporadic now, leaving our country a vibrant, lush green. Most paths are moss covered. Our clothes, food, and shoes are moldy. The days are steamy. Despite the high humidity, the hot sun dries us all out. In fact, this is a fine time for housewives to hang out those musty-damp blankets from the monsoons. This is, however, a time for coughs, colds, and fevers; every year, we blame our poor health on the changing seasons.
