Club foot is a congenital condition where one or both of a baby’s feet are turned inward and pointing down making it difficult for the foot to be put in a normal position. It is one of the most common congenital foot deformities affecting 1 in every 1,000 births. Thankfully, there are treatment solutions and the possibilities for correction of this malformation so these children can live normal lives. MCH offers treatment of club foot through serial casting and corrective braces. Patients interested in care for club foot can come to MCH any Wednesday morning for evaluation.
